Advantages: Our impressions of your stay at the hotel are extremely positive! A great place for a comfortable stay, where every detail is thought out: friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, delicious cuisine, excellent SPA and convenient location.
Separately, I would like to mention the service! The official check-in time is from 14:00, but we arrived earlier, at 12:00, and we were happy to be offered to check in immediately, since the room was already ready. Such care is very pleasant and immediately creates a good impression!
Снідан breakfasts are varied, delicious and satisfying, as well as pleasant compliments from the chef in the form of goodies that are already included in the price. The cuisine is generally excellent: during the day, you can order food and eat delicious food without looking for other places.
SPA is the perfect place for evening relaxation! A warm swimming pool, a wonderful steam room and sauna, a comfortable atmosphere — everything you need to relax, recuperate and enjoy your vacation.
Another point that really touched us: during the check-out, we accidentally forgot our watch at the hotel. The administrator said that he was found, and offered to send us a new mail. A trifle, but it is from such situations that real trust in the institution and respect for guests are formed! ❤️
And, of course, special thanks to all the staff! Everyone is very friendly, smiling and attentive, always ready to help, prompt and take care of the comfort of guests.

Room: our room was 103.the room is clean,tidy,tidy.The bed linen is clean,freshly washed and ironed. San.the unit is combined with a shower stall. there is a towel, liquid soap,shampoo and shower gel(2 in 1), underfloor heating, hair dryer,mirror with additional lighting. There is also a change of shoes in the room. Double bed, comfortable mattress, medium stiffness-it's a pleasure to sleep.The room has a small LCD TV with 13 or 14 channels of terrestrial broadcasting (music channel of the Polish broadcaster).From the furniture in the room there is an ottoman, a table,a convenient rack for clothes, as well as a hanger for outerwear. The room has access to a private balcony.the balcony offers views of the ski lift, as well as the road and Silpo market. The room is warm and cozy, with a pleasant aroma of unobtrusive perfume. Internet via Wi-Fi is free and works well,without interruptions,covers the entire territory of the complex.The room was on the 3rd floor, climbing wooden steps that do not creak during ascents or descents. On the 3rd floor there are 2 rooms,on the 2nd floor there is 1 room, and a shared kitchen for self-catering. The kitchen has a set of dishes for cooking, as well as a microwave, kettle, cutlery. You can cook on 2 comfortable electric cooking surfaces. There is a hood above the surface, but for some reason it didn't work-maybe we didn't figure out how to turn it on. The entrance to the 2nd floor is organized from the street, near the entrance door there is a seating area with a table and chairs. On the territory of the complex there is a separate barbecue area, which is located inside a separate room. Firewood, grill and skewers are available at the reception upon request (for an additional fee). There is a summer outdoor terrace with sun beds, chairs,tables with ashtrays for those who smoke, and a cocoon swing. In the evening, everything is highlighted. In case of cool evenings, you can take light warm blankets at the reception. There is a spa area under the terrace.

Advantages: Very nice hotel for an adequate price.
Of course, you get your first impression of the hotel through its staff - everything is on top here!!! Girls, both at the reception and in the restaurant, are very attentive, respond to any question or request, especially Oksana - she is super! The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying, you can choose according to your taste, the only thing I personally lacked was to include in the breakfast not only tea or coffee, but also, for example, water with lemon and mint, uzvar or cherry compote, by the way, the latter would be very suitable for the concept of a hotel... The spa is compact, but everything is comfortable and everything is clean. It is a pity that such a beautiful hotel "drowned" and hid among the construction of new, higher and larger hotels, but this is the whole of Bukovel. Disadvantages: There was no such thing.

Advantages: We were in a three-bed room, on business for 2 nights. I liked everything from the friendly staff to the spa. A rich and delicious breakfast is served.
We would like to mention the girls: the ladies at the reception are the best, the girls in the kitchen are polite and beautiful. Norm SPA, did not expect but the sauna is very normal. It often happens in hotels due to the fact that public spas saunas are "so-so" do not have time to heat up, do not work normally, everything is good here. It feels like there is a master

Advantages: One of the best options in Bukovel in terms of price-performance ratio. Everything is at a very high level. Thank you to the hotel administrator for the warm welcome, consultations, cordiality and room upgrade. To the chefs of the restaurant for the incredibly delicious dishes and service for cleaning the room every day. This level of Service and quality is not found in every five-star hotel. Breakfast was included in the room rate and that's something. Very tasty, and slicing and dessert in addition to the main dish from under the knife - makes you not leave the restaurant, but roll out, because you do not want to leave such goodies on the table. The SPA, which was also included in the price, is very comfortable, with a heated swimming pool and very pleasant water, a sauna and a hamam. Rent a bathrobe-only 100 UAH for the entire period of stay.

We were placed with a dog at no extra charge and weight discrimination, which is very valuable, especially in our time, when it is important for all family members to relax)

- Nice, clean room, there is everything you need. The girls cleaned up well, and beautifully planted the child's toys after changing the bed, very cute)
- Not a bad pool and spa, I liked that you can take towels specifically for visiting the pool, then return the wet ones and, if necessary, take new ones again, it is very convenient that you do not need to constantly carry and dry your own from the room. The pool itself is small, but comfortable enough to relax in, as is the spa area.
- Friendly and pleasant service. All the girls are very cute and nice. There was a sense of home comfort. We forgot the child's swimsuit in the room, the administrator quickly resolved the delivery situation , Thank you)
- Delicious cuisine. A la carte breakfasts can get a little boring, but it's still quite convenient, the menu has 5 dishes to choose from, as well as cheese, sausage, bread, vegetables and a cake for dessert, every day of the week is different. We also had dinner here, I really liked the pasta with salmon and Derun. Delicious, satisfying and very affordable at prices
- Location. To Silpo walk 10 minutes , to Bukovel 15. you can save time and go not by road , but through the stairs, so you can quickly get to the mushroom hut. There is a parking lot, not large, but in principle there was always a place, you could stand in the second row Disadvantages: Some everyday moments:
- Storage lockers in the pool don't look very good anymore
- Unfortunately, everything is actively being built up nearby, there is very little beautiful view left, but this is not the fault of the hotel
